생생 겉절이
일주일 이상 숙성으로 잘 익은 깍두기와 그날그날 버무리는 신선한 겉저리가 제공됩니다.
물론 김치두루치기에 가장 중요한 재료인 묵은지는 한달 가까이 숙성후에 사용 됩니다.
