11 Aug Featured in Broadsheet Sydney: “I Can’t Stop Thinking About Park Bong Sook’s Seafood Pancake”
Hi everyone, welcome back to Park Bong Sook!
We are absolutely thrilled and honored to share that Broadsheet Sydney, Australia’s premier publication for food, culture, and lifestyle, recently featured our signature Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon) in an exclusive spotlight article!
The headline alone left our team with huge smiles: 👉 “I Can’t Stop Thinking About Park Bong Sook’s Seafood Pancake: Crispy, Tangy, and Unlike Any Other”
In the article, Broadsheet’s food editor dove deep into what makes our Haemul Pajeon so uniquely delicious compared to standard versions found across Sydney:
- Unmatched Crispiness: Cooked to golden perfection, achieving a satisfying crunch on the outside while remaining soft and savory on the inside.
- Generous Fresh Seafood: Loaded with fresh prawns, squid, and green onions in every single bite.
- The Secret Dipping Sauce: Accompanied by our house-made soy sauce with a tangy, refreshing twist that perfectly balances the richness of the fried pancake.
Whether you are a longtime lover of authentic Korean cuisine or trying it for the very first time, our Seafood Pancake is a staple dish you simply cannot miss. Pair it with a cold drink or our famous Korean Fried Chicken for the ultimate feast!
Thank you so much to Broadsheet for the incredible feature, and a massive thank you to our loyal customers who inspire us to serve the best Korean food every day.
